Sept Week 4 Mid Week Verse
So David came to Baal-perazim and defeated them there; and he said, "The LORD has broken through my enemies before me like the breakthrough of waters." Therefore he named that place Baal-perazim. 2 Samuel 5:20
The pressure is on, the clock is ticking, and you seem to be surrounded by your enemies!!! One thing after another. You find yourself backed in a corner. Things grow increasingly worse rather than get better; you think to yourself what else could happen!!! When I thought to know this, it [was] too painful for me; Psalm 73:16 These are all the ingredients that point to your breakthrough. When Jesus received the news that Lazarus died, Jesus told the disciples he was glad. And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him. John 11:15 If nothing else you should take great assurance that your GOD becomes happy or pleased when your situations looks to be over! It's because he already knows the outcome. The LORD Almighty has sworn, "Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will stand. Isaiah 14:24 Jesus goes on to say that he stayed away from your situation not because of you but so that others may believe. I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; GOD sometimes uses his children as instruments to manifest his power to others through us. nevertheless let us go unto him. This statement is so powerful; nevertheless in other words regardless what has transpired I must go see about my friend. Today I want to encourage to wait on the Lord, and not to lose heart for Jesus will never leave you hanging. Just as the LORD broke through David enemies like water so is your breakthrough just a moment away. Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. 2 Corinthians 4:16
He who has ears, let him hear. Matthew 11:15 Be blessed and have a great day

Sept Week 4 Verse
Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. Luke 23:34
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you were out of the Will of God? Well then, these words spoken by our redeemer, Jesus Christ, are for you. "Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do." Even while hanging on the cross Jesus could not hold any ill will towards us. The fact is that he could find nothing but love for us; while we rejected him as Lord and favored a murderer in place of his life. But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you; Acts 3-14 It is by God's grace, and grace alone, that we have received the gift of salvation. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephesians 2:8 The only way to received that gift is to repent with a Godly sorrow. Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. 2 Corinthians 7:10 The word repent literally mean to rethink; to change the way you see things. Therefore a Godly repentance will leave no regret because God has forgiven you and washed away your sins. He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy. Proverbs 28:13 Sometime people and/or the devil try to remind us of the things we have done in the past. With the intent to keep us bound by our past failure but the devil is a lie!!! Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. Romans 8:33 If you have repented before God you are free from all charges and renewed in the likeness of Jesus. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:36 Today I encourage you to walk in the path of this God given freedom and don't allow anybody to keep you bound in your past failures. Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 2 Corinthians 3:17

Sept Week 3 Mid Week Verse
And he said, Call her. And when he had called her, she stood in the door. 2 Kings 4:15
This woman was about to receive a blessing from GOD that she all but given up on. She was only seconds away from hearing a word from GOD. For years this woman had remained faithful to GOD and blessed others around her despite the fact that she never received the blessing that she prayed for herself. And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where was a great woman; and she constrained him to eat bread. And so it was, that as oft as he passed by, he turned in thither to eat bread. 2 Kings 4:8 This woman was selfless always looking to do more giving from her heart and not for something in return. Let’s make a small room on the roof and put in it a bed and a table, a chair and a lamp for him. Then he can stay there whenever he comes to us.” 2 Kings 4:10 Notice that feeding him was not enough for her but then she had her husband add a room to their house completely furnish. When we reach the place in our Christianity that we still do GOD's Will despite of what going on in our personal life we are becoming more like Jesus. Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. Luke 22:42 Like the woman in the story some of us are standing in the doorway of a life changing blessing, only seconds away from hearing from GOD. Today I want to encourage you to continue to do GOD's Will, becoming more like Jesus, for it is a transformed mind that can handled the abundant blessings from GOD. I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly. John 10:10

Sept Week 3 Verse
“When Jesus heard this, he said to him, "You still lack one thing. Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me." Luke 18:22
This is a very familiar verse. As Jesus is teaching, a rich young ruler comes and asks him this question: “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” Luke 18:18. Jesus then goes on to recite the commandments. I can imagine that this rich young ruler is checking the commandments off of his mental list as Jesus lists them. Thou shall not commit adultery. (Check). You shall not murder (Check Check, I would never do something like that anyway). You shall not steal. (Check, I am rich, there is no need for me to steal). You shall not give false testimony. (Check). Honor your father and mother. (Check). At this point the odds are looking like this rich ruler is a prime candidate to have eternal life. He has followed all of the rules. As a matter of fact, “All these I have kept since I was a boy,” he said. Luke 18:21. This is where we pick up with today’s verse. Jesus asks him to, Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. I can imagine his jaw dropping with this last request. Sell everything?! How will I live, How will I maintain my status? Jesus asked him to give up everything for him and he is asking us to do the same. I can imagine that we are a lot like this rich young ruler. We go down a mental checklist trying to make sure we are in the will of God: I went to church this week. (Check). I paid my tithes. (Check). I haven’t stolen anything. (Check). I haven’t cursed anyone. (Check). My question for you today is ARE YOU GIVING EVERYTHING TO GOD? Jesus is saying to the rich ruler, as well as to us, in order to follow me, there can be NO part of your life nor possessions that you are not willing to give up for Him. It’s an all or nothing relationship with God. We cannot straddle the fence and choose to keep some parts of our lives to ourselves. We can sometimes have the attitude of, “Lord, I’ll serve you but just let me gratify myself in this one thing.” Revelations 3:15-16 says, “I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth.” I encourage you to give everything to God in every area of your life because there is a promise in this verse and it is, you will have treasure in heaven!!

Sept Week 2 Mid Week Verse
Then he said to me, "Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live.'"NIV Ezekiel 37:9
There are things that happen in life that makes us ask the question, 'is God actually with me?' Does he truly hear my prayers? Am I one of his own? This is where we find the children of Israel as Gods judgment had fallen on them. The majority of them walked away from the commandments of GOD. There were some that remained faithful to the Father, but the good do suffer with the bad. Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all. Psalm 34:19 In times like this it make you wonder what good it is to keep following God if evil still seems to locate me and destruction is never distant from me. GOD knows our heart and he could see that the Prophet Ezekiel as well as that faithful few were growing weary. Hence GOD speaks to Ezekiel in such a manner of repetition and excitement!!! "Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man; God is encouraging, pushing, and cheering him on to give his people a word from him that he is going to breathe new life into them. They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. Psalm 126:5 David said it like this I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. Psalm 37:25 and like this For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. Psalm 30;5 The Apostle Paul said it like this And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Galatians 6:9 Today I pray that your spirit, body, and soul will be refreshed and that you will not faint knowing that GOD is eagerly cheering you on just as he did Ezekiel!

Sept Week 2 Verse
Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way: 1 SAMUEL 12:23
How would you rate your prayer life? Does God answer your prayers? Has he moved on your behalf? These are the words of Samuel, (in the above verse), a prophet unto Israel God’s people; Samuel had been given to God by his mother for service while he was a very young child. 27 For this child I prayed; and the LORD hath given me my petition which I asked of him: 28Therefore also I have lent him to the LORD; as long as he liveth he shall be lent to the LORD. And he (Samuel) worshipped the LORD there. Just as his mother prayed an unselfish prayer to God, Samuel also learned to pray unselfishly to God that his Will may be done. Not only did Samuel pray for the people but he also trained them in the good and the right way to worship and serve God. When we pray to God we must come humbly asking not according to our Will but his Will. 1 John 5-14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us When we allow ourselves to be in the will of God then we know that he will hear us. Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth. John 9:31 In that case is all hope lost if you have lost you connection to God? Isa 59:1-2 Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. (KJV) Not so at all; simply repent with a Godly sorrow First and fix your broken relationship. Then and only then will the Lord your God hear from you. If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14 If you believe that your prayers are not getting through then my prayer Right Now, is that you will have the mind to repent and heal your broken relationship with the Father. Today our words should be the same as Samuel’s words to never stop praying for one another, as well as your pastor, leaders and government officials. I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 1 Timothy 2:1
